Privacy
Last updated 29 October 2026.
This notice covers the website at0mic.com. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked from inside the app and from its own website.
Who we are
The site is run by At0mic LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. For anything about your data, write to us through the contact form.
What we collect
Nothing, unless you write to us. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising, and loads its fonts and pictures from its own address.
Like every website, it is delivered by a host. Our host, GitHub Pages, and, where used, our network provider, Cloudflare, process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure, as described in their own privacy statements.
The contact form
When you use the form we receive your name, your email address and your message. Web3Forms, a form delivery service, sends the message to our inbox, which Google Workspace hosts. Web3Forms keeps a copy on its servers for seven days, then deletes it, and runs a spam check that can see your IP address and email address.
We use your message only to reply to you and, if you ask, to talk about the work. We never sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
We keep a message as long as the conversation, and any work that follows from it, needs it. Ask and we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Write to us through the contact form and we will answer within 30 days.
